The USTA team celebrates their sectional tournament win this summer.
Vestavia’s recreational tennis team, which plays out of Wald Park, recently won the Southern Sectionals in July and will go on to compete in the 2013 National United States Tennis Association Tennis Tournament Finals in Arizona.
Team member Jamie Burke is a longtime resident of Vestavia Hills and also teaches in the Vestavia Hills City School System.
