Parents, students, teachers and community are invited to celebrate the five-year anniversary of Primrose School at Liberty Park on Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
“The community is what helps us be successful,” said Margaret O’Bryant, marketing for Primerose School at Liberty Park. “It is an opportunity for us to continue supporting the community as they continue to support us.”
The Vestavia Hills Fire Department will be on site with their firetruck from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. to share details of a fireman’s job and to teach fire safety. Children will be given fire hats and will be allowed to touch the firetruck.
At 11 a.m. the Vestavia Police Department will be on hand with their K-9 unit with a display on what it means to protect our community.
The Anniversary celebration will also feature story telling, face painting, crafts and giveaways.
