The Vestavia Hills boys basketball teams will be in Homewood this week, taking part in the Metro Tournament Wednesday through Saturday.
The Rebels and Coach George Hatchett face Woodlawn and UAB signee Javien Williams in the first round, at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Depending on the result, they will play either Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa or Midfield Thursday afternoon.
Here is the first round schedule for Wednesday:
Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa vs. Midfield - 3 p.m.
Vestavia Hills vs. Woodlawn - 4:30 p.m.
Huffman vs. Hartselle - 6 p.m.
Homewood vs. Bibb County - 7:30 p.m.
