The fifth sector of the third phase of The Brayfield at Liberty Park has 23 lots.
The Vestavia Hills Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday approved final plans for 23 new residential lots in The Bray at Liberty Park.
These lots are in the fifth sector of phase three of The Bray at Liberty Park. All the lots are on Brayfield Crest Drive.
The property is owned by Liberty Park Joint Venture.
