VHPD investigators signed warrants on four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card on James E. Kimber, 46, of Birmingham.
On Jan. 20, VHPD posted the suspect's photo on their Facebook page. The department credits the community's response as aiding in the suspect being identified, charged and arrested.
