The Sibyl Temple burned blue this week as a symbol of reflection for an accident fatality that occurred in Vestavia Hills on Tuesday, July 28. The Vestavia Hills Police Department received information that the passenger of one of the vehicles involved in an accident in the 1300 block of Highway 31 succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident.
