UPDATE: Vestavia Hills Police Department investigators signed felony warrants on Angela Allen, 50, of Birmingham. The charges were for second degree theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bond is set at $5,000, and police say the investigation is ongoing and further charges may follow.
Vestavia Hills Police Department investigators need help identifying a suspect connected to a theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
