Mayor Butch Zaragoza delivered the State of the City Address, in which he updated residents on developing projects in various areas in Vestavia Hills. Topics included Patchwork Farms, Cahaba Heights, the Library in the Forest, McCallum Park, Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex and the U.S. 31 corridor.
