Michelle Creamer and Karen Scott are veteran agents at ARC Realty who, in 2022, formed a marketing partnership called Properties in the Park.
Their goal was to offer clients the very best real estate services in Liberty Park, where they both live.
They’ve certainly enjoyed working together.
“Our personalities and business styles are quite different so we compliment each other well,” Creamer says.
“We collaborate trying to find the perfect properties for our clients,” Scott says.
And the numbers show they’ve been successful.
Properties in the Park is the No. 1-producing real-estate partnership in Vestavia Hills.
“Combined we’ve sold over $300 million of inventory in Vestavia Hills,” Scott says.
The women sell and list in all Over the Mountain areas, but much of their business is in Liberty Park andVestavia Hills.
The market remains strong in 2023, according to the partners.
“It’s still a fantastic time to sell,” Creamer says. “Prices continue to increase with the current shortage in inventory.”
“Even with the increase in interest rates, properties in Vestavia are still selling at or near top market prices,” Scott says.
Creamer and Scott also remain focused on helping clients.
“I love being able to facilitate all the parts that have to come together in order to buy or sell a home and do it in a seamless way that takes the stress off of my client,” she says.
“It’s very rewarding to be a partof a process that affects the lives ofbuyers and sellers in so many ways,” Creamer says.
