Sixth-grade Rebels complete perfect season

The sixth-grade Vestavia Rebels won the Jefferson-Shelby Youth Football League Championship in November. The Raging Rebels completed a perfect 11-0 season by defeating Hoover 35-0 in the championship game at the old Berry High School. Vestavia’s defensive coach, Martin Maners, was awarded Coach of the Year.
