VHHS band fundraiser hosted by Royal Automotive

Royal Automotive is hosting a fundraiser for the Vestavia Hills High School Rebel Band.

This is the second year for the fundraiser, which is based on test drives at Royal Automotive. Royal will bring 2015 and 2016 Buick Encore, Lacrosse, Regal and Enclave to the VHHS parking lot.

For every test drive, $10 will be donated to the band. After 100 test drives, the donation will increase to $20 per test drive, and up to $10,000 can be raised.

Participants must be 21 years old or older and have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

“Buick is committed to academic achievement and as part of the Buick Achievers Scholarship Program developed the Buick Drive For Your Students event,” a press release said.

The event is Dec. 12 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
