Southminster hosts DAR essay contest

Southminster Day School recently held the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) essay contest and are proud of our top essay winners.

Pictured are second place winner, Pierce Covin, first place winner, Elizabeth Trammell and third place winner, Russell House. Elizabeth also placed first in the local Princess Sehoy D.A.R. chapter and placed third in the state of Alabama for her essay entitled, “Caroline of Boston, Massachusetts.”
