LPMS cheerleaders take top honors at nationals

The eighth grade cheerleaders from Liberty Park Middle School recently won two first-place titles in a national cheerleading camp. The team took home the first-place trophies in the Extreme Dance and Cheer categories while participating in the 2014 UCA Cheerleading Camp. Additionally, three LPMS cheerleaders were selected to participate as UCA All-Americans: eighth graders Anna Crim and Anna Arrington, and seventh grader Claire Wilson. The event was a huge success for the school’s up and coming cheerleading program.
