Local Boy Scouts repair flag holders on highway median

Boy Scout Troop 4 of Vestavia Hills Methodist Church recently installed and repaired 23 flag holders on Highway 31. 850 pounds of concrete was used and the work group was escorted by Vestavia Hills Police Officer Alex Prine.
