Urban Cookhouse announces expansion

The owners of Urban Cookhouse recently acquired 765 additional square feet of dining space at their Summit location, taking them from 2,938 square feet to 3,703 square feet.

“We are amazed at the sales volume we have been able to maintain at The Summit,” owner Andrea Snyder said.  “We still have customers frequently waiting for a table during the busy lunch time, so the ultimate goal of this expansion is to serve more people.”

The expected completion date of the project is mid-November. Urban Cookhouse will also implement their new logo with completion of the project.
