City closures over Thanksgiving holiday

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, here are a few building closures around the city of Vestavia Hills:

• The Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest will close at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25. It will remain closed on Thursday, Nov. 26 and on Friday, Nov. 27.
• All municipal buildings are closed on Thanksgiving day and Friday, Nov. 27.
• There will be no garbage pick-up on Thursday, and pick-up will have a one-day delay. If your trash is normally picked up on Thursday, it will be picked up on Friday. Friday trash will be picked up on Saturday.
