High Notes celebration of new City Hall [Video]

High Notes was a celebration for the grand opening of the new city hall and police department building in Vestavia Hills, Al. The evening showcased several musical groups from the community and melodies played throughout the night. Residence were able to tour all of the facilities. Food was served on the lawn and there were fun activities for children, including face painting. The event lasted well past 8pm.
