Target Auction Company will be selling the 10 1/2 acre home on Altadena Road at an auction on Thursday, Aug. 20 at 10 a.m.

The Upton Estate is 7,788 square feet and located at 2668 Altadena Road. The house features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two master baths.

"We have really enjoyed living at the home," Upton said. "The time has now come to pass it on to someone else who can use and enjoy it as much as we did."

Amenities include a pool with an automatic cover, pool house, batting cage, half pipe for skateboarding, attached two car garage and carport, additional detached two car garages and a finished basement.

Buyer's agents and brokers are welcome for co op opportunities. A $20,000 certified check or cashier's check will be required in order to bid on the property.
