Lady Rebels begin area play

With the high school basketball regular season at a close, area tournaments begin this week with the girls area play starting Wednesday. 

In Class 7A, Vestavia Hills will face Mountain Brook on Wednesday, Feb. 4,  at Spain Park, site of the area tournament. The winner will face the winner of the 5 p.m. game between Spain Park and Hewitt-Trussville. The winners meet Friday at 7 p.m.
