The Egg and I opens

The Egg and I of Vestavia Hills recently celebrated its official ribbon cutting, and as part of the festivities, The Egg and I donated $2,200 to Camp Smile-a-Mile. The new restaurant had a soft opening last Monday, and they're located in the Vestavia City Center across from Panera Bread.
